Orders and shipping

Ordering printed hardcovers, how postage is calculated, and what to do if a copy arrives damaged.

When you can order

Printed copies become available after your book passes print readiness and print files are ready. From there you can order for yourself, use included hardcovers from your plan, or share a link so family can order their own.

Postage

Shipping is calculated when your book is assembled and sent to print — not when you buy a licence. The final amount depends on page count and delivery address. We don't mark up postage; you pay what our print partner charges for that shipment. The amount shown at print checkout is what you pay.

Production and delivery

Each hardcover is made to order after you submit. Allow roughly a week or two to print and ship, depending on destination and shipping level. When your order ships, you receive a tracking email.

  • Once a print job is submitted to production, it can't be cancelled for a refund.
  • Shipping address accuracy is your responsibility.
  • Track progress under Orders in your workspace after you've placed a print order.

Damaged or defective copies

If a printed copy arrives damaged, defective, or clearly not matching what you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a reprint at no cost. We replace defective prints; we don't cash-refund them for change of mind. See Refunds and returns for the full policy.
