Refunds and returns

Digital licences and plans
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't generated more than 2 chapter drafts. After that window, or once a third draft is generated, purchases aren't refundable — but you keep full access to finish your book.
Printed copies
Once a print job is submitted to production, it can't be cancelled for a refund. We don't accept returns for change of mind on print-on-demand books. Damaged or defective copies can be replaced within 30 days of delivery.

Unclaimed expired prepaid links become account credit, never a cash refund.
How to request a refund
Email yourstory@humanbooks.com with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method and can take up to 30 days to appear. Read the full Refund Policy for consumer-law notes and exact terms.
