Gift a licence to someone else, or share prepaid and pay-your-own links so family can order printed copies.
Gift licences
You can buy a plan as a gift. The recipient claims the gift with the email you used, sets up their account, and writes their own book under that licence.
Share links for printed copies
After print files are ready, Share lets you create links for family and friends.
- Prepaid (Model A) — you pay for a copy; the recipient only needs to confirm a shipping address.
- Recipient-pays (Model B) — they check out themselves for their own copy.
- You can resend links and, when enabled, allow resharing.
Expiry and credit
If a prepaid share link expires unclaimed, you receive account credit — not a cash refund — which you can apply to a future order. Resending creates a new link. Details are in the Refund Policy.
