Account access
Sign-in help, changing your email, downloading your book PDF, and deleting your account.
Signing in
Use the email address on your account from the sign-in page. If you bought a gift, claimed a purchase, or accepted a contributor invite, use the same email the invite or checkout used. Check spam for magic links or reset messages if nothing arrives.
Change email and profile
Under Account → Profile you can update your display name and request an email change. Email changes require verification to the new address before they take effect.
Your data
Account → Your data lists downloadable interior PDFs after you've sent a book to print and files are ready. You can also delete your account from the danger zone there.
- On deletion, access is revoked and your email is released so you can return later if you choose.
- A memoir is a trust object — ownership and exit are first-class.
